Online Chemistry Homework = Personal Migraine for 2 Straight Hours

I'm sure many people in college courses these days have had to complete some kind of work online. One of my college chemistry courses requires such work and let me tell you, it is no basket full of fun. I'll give an example what my homework is like. You get a problem, and it doesn't seem that hard. "I do this in class, it should be okay," is exactly what is going through your mind. But once you put your answer in, you will be wrong. Then you think you made a mistake and try again... still wrong. You can't figure out what is happening because you are approaching the problem the same way you did in class. So you give up after numerous attempts, and guess what message comes up? Answer withheld by teacher. That makes you want to rip apart your computer right there.

The Life of a Pirate

Imagine getting up everyday and thinking to yourself, "What am I going to plunder today?" This may seem like a child's fairy tale, but what if you could go across the world and become a full fledged pirate? I just read an article talking about Somalia and its "Pirates". This job is even supported by Somalia's populace. Why? Because unlike the pirates of old stories, these pirates are giving the people hope.

That statement may seem out there, but that is basically the truth. The pirates will hijack some ship and help support the economy of the people on Somalia's coast. They give the people jobs and an actual future. But many international relations seek to end the pirates' lives and careers.

So you want to be a pirate? Well go on and head over to Somalia. Just make sure you know the life expectancy there is only 46 years old.

A Nice Little Addition to the Wii System

By now many of you have heard about the popularity of the Wii system. I have one myself, and this weekend marked the first day I could get online capabilities with it. I finally found one of the ethernet adapters required for it. If you don't have one and are looking for one, I wish you the best of luck. They are extremely hard to find, and the one I found was a generic brand. Anyways, yesterday I began my journey into the Wii shop network.

Turns out they have quite a selection of old Nintendo and Super Nintendo games, along with many from systems I had never even heard of. The games are downloaded onto your system and kept there for your enjoyment. The only downside I saw to this whole thing was that there were only 15 Nintendo64 games to choose from. But there will be more coming.

If you have a Wii but no ethernet adapter, I strongly encourage you to go get one.

Obama: Marxist?

Oviously, not all are happy with the recent victory of Barrack Obama on the recent presidential election, some even wrote letters (link below) which says something something about being a sheeple.

Some says that Amercian people chose as Marxist sympathizing leader. In the TV coverage of Barack Obama's acceptance speech, there is a furling communist flag in the background.

The United States of American Sheeple

As the phenomenal sweep of Barack Obama in the recently concluded US elections comes to an end, his obligations to his countrymen and the world begins. He also inherits the problems left by the previous Bush administration behind. The former Bush administration was not adored nor sympathized by the majority of the public because of his decision to go to war but there was no movement was made against him to prosecute and incriminate him with these serious allegations.
