The so called puzzle that's harder than a Rubik's cube has finally been solved. That means the iPhone has been hacked. It can now be configured to use other networks besides AT&T. The teenage hacker, George Hotz, was the one to solve the puzzle. Now he has struck a deal with CertiCell, a Kentucky based company, to trade for his hacked phone. Hotz is getting a Nissan 350z and 3 new iPhones. But Hotz is giving the phones to online companies who helped him hack the phone. So was 500 hours of hacking worth it in the end? It sure was since Hotz got a new car out of it! Tags: iphone • hacking • cell phones • 0 Comments. - Permalink |
