The American College of Sports Medicine and the American Heart Association have changed their guidelines to indicate that you need even less exercise than before . The fatter you get the less exercise you need. They used to recommend 60 to 90 minutes of physical activity every day. Now they have lowered to 30 minutes of brisk walking daily, or 20 minutes 3 times a day if you walk fast.
Sheeple Magazine has issued its own guidelines. You can get by with minimal exercise if it consists of chewing 3 lbs of french fries made with rancid animal fat. All you need to do is chew well and enjoy.
Now you might not get the same physical benefits of jogging for 20 minutes a day, but it will sure taste good!
