For some, golf carts are a good thing to have. To others, they're just a waste of money. But now some golf courses are making it mandatory to ride on a golf cart. The executives want the play on the course to speed up. In reality, golf carts really don't speed up play. Its not the carts that speed things up, but the skill of the golfers. The executives just want more money in their pockets. They're big fat losers who want you to use their state-of-the-art carts.Sure its nice to sit and relax when you're looking for your ball, but either way, you still have to find it. Riding the cart will take just as much time as walking because you'll have to take your buddy to his ball too. Without a cart, you both could just walk straight to your own ball. Plus if someone really isn't too good, then you still have to go to their ball after their bad hit. That bad hit was that someone's 11th hit on a par 3 and he's not even on the green yet! A cart can't make that go faster now can it?
What I'm saying is that carts are most likely just a waste of money. They're only useful when its about 95 degrees out with extreme humidity. But who wants to go golfing in that weather? Walking gives you exercise as well as a good experience on the golf course.
