Picture this: A Chinese man minding his own business while surfing the internet at his home. All of the sudden a cartoon police officer gets right on his screen telling him he can't access this site. This is going to be what's happening in a while over in China. Beijing officials stated that they are going to have virtual patrols on the internet. This means that anyone that tries to get on an illegal site would be warned about its content. Sites that are hosted overseas will not be able to be seen in China. That could mean that SheepleMagazine.com may never reach the eyes of a person living in China. The only way around this is to monitor the police carefully. Once the police officer goes on a doughnut break, you have to skedaddle to the illegal site and look at it as much as you can. Then once the officer is almost done with the break, skedaddle back out of there and return to a safe site. Using this method, you'll never get caught! Over in China where cats are considered a delicacy, there is one woman fighting back. Over in her Shanghai home, she has saved over 1200 cats from dreadful fates. Taken from Chinese kitchens, the cats now live a comfortable life of luxury. Now I have hard times dealing with one cat, but 1200?!? They couldn't all have names, unless this woman is a genius and can think up 1200 cat names. Well let me think of some names. Mr. Tiggles, Fluffy, Garfield... okay there's three. Now I just need 1997 more names to go. Maybe i should just quit while I'm ahead. Tags: cats • china • food • 0 Comments. - Permalink |
