A Major Clean-Up For One Man's Yard

If someone asks you to do something for seven years, shouldn't you at least listen? Well obviously this man from Maryland thinks he doesn't have too. The local authorities of Anne Arundel County have asked the man to clean up debris in his yard for seven years. The debris ranged from old boats to crab pots. Authorities were finally fed up and gave the man 30 days time to clean his dump. But after the 30 days were up, authorities saw no improvement in the yard. The yard itself actually seemed more cluttured with more junk, including a drink machine.

Now this man is serving his time in prison. Once he gets out, he has to clean his yard or face more time in prison. Maybe this man never had a mom who told him to clean his room. Or else his mom was Nancy Reagan and he learned to "just say no".
